you get seven letters in a honeycomb. make as many words as you can from them. every word has to be at least 4 letters long and has to use the gold letter in the middle. letters can be used more than once.
a 4 letter word is worth 1 point, longer words are worth 1 point per letter, and a word that uses all seven letters (a pangram) gets 7 extra points. every hive has at least one.
your points move you up the ranks, from wannabee to queen bee. the ranks scale with the day's letters, so a hard hive gets you to the top with fewer points. past queen bee only the rarer words count.
